Who is responsible for your information?

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, property location, service of interest, property type and message. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel.

Our hosting systems may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a survey, quote or proposal.
• To arrange and provide services you ask us to perform.
• To maintain business and transaction records where required by law.
• To secure, troubleshoot and improve the reliability of the website and enquiry service.
• To establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

Legal bases

We normally process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform a contract if you become a customer. We may also process limited information to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, responding to business communications and protecting legal rights. Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who receives your information?

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us run the website and email service, including Cloudways for hosting and Zoho Mail for enquiry delivery. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics also processes website usage information on our behalf. These providers act under their own terms and applicable data-protection safeguards. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

If you choose the WhatsApp link, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. The website does not send information to WhatsApp merely because you view a page.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page use and whether an enquiry is successfully submitted. This may process page URL and title, referring page, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions and a randomly generated browser identifier. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, location or message entered in the enquiry form to Google Analytics.

The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied. Before you accept optional cookies, it does not set Analytics cookies and may send limited cookieless measurements and consent-status information. If you accept, analytics storage is enabled on the basis of your consent. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; doing so disables future Analytics cookie storage and the site attempts to delete existing Analytics cookies. Retention inside Google Analytics is controlled in the property settings and is kept to an appropriate limited period.

International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the relevant provider must use a recognised safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections, where required by data-protection law.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain appropriate business records. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, relevant records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, warranty and legal obligations. Security logs are kept only for the period reasonably necessary to protect and diagnose the service.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
